Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (US: Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska)
Returns:
- Not satisfied with your item? We offer 14 days from the date of receipt of your item(s) to make a request for return and to have the item shipped back to our warehouse.
- If a product is damaged while in transit, please take a photo immediately upon receipt to show proof of damage, then e-mail proof to info@nayalinnjewelry.com. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours.
- Our jewelry are carefully inspected before shipping. To be eligible for returns, items must be new, not used condition. We reserve the right not to accept returned items that show signs of wear.
- Items must be returned in their original package, with tags if any, and proof of purchase.
- To ensure a full refund, items must be packaged in a way that’ll prevent damage wile in transit.
- For our Moissanite pieces or other pieces with certificates, the certificate of authenticity must be returned.
- Customized or made to order items are not eligible for returns.
- Items on sale/promotions will be returned at the terms and conditions of sale, and items bought as a set must be returned as a set.
- The purchaser is responsible for covering the return shipping expenses.
Initiating Returns:
- Fill out the Returns form regarding your order at the return portal.
- Upon approval of return, a confirmation email and a return label will be sent to your email with your chosen return shipping information.
- Package following the above listed packaging instructions and ship.
- Questions regarding returns should be directed to info@nayalinnjewelry.com.
- Returns shipped without prior authorization from Naya-Linn Jewelry will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
- Keep proof of return postage.
- Allow approximately 14 days for the return process. Once processed, a confirmation email will sent to you regarding your refund.

Refunds:
- Once returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will issue you a refund of your original amount.
- Refunds can take up 10 business days to reflect on your account.
- Contact info@nayalinnjewelry.com if the process exceeds 15 business days.
Exchanges:
- The quickest method to ensure you receive what you desire is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.
